Heat your oven up to 350°F. Make sure to line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.

Melt the butter with about 1 1/2 cups of the chocolate chips. Mix in sugar, liqueur, and vanilla.

Beat the eggs until they’re frothy, then stir them into the chocolate blend.

Mix together the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cocoa powder. Then add the rest of the chocolate chips.

Pour about half the batter into the pan and bake it for 20 minutes.

Put marshmallows on top and broil for 1-3 minutes until they look golden and puffy.

Spoon the other half of the batter over the marshmallows, sprinkle on chocolate chunks, and bake another 20 minutes.

Let the whole thing sit for 20 minutes before slicing it up.
