Ginger Soy Glazed Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 pieces of cod, about 6 oz each

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
03 - 1/4 cup of soy sauce
04 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
05 - 2 tbsp honey
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

→ Garnish & Serving

08 - Lime slices on the side
09 - Fresh chopped cilantro
10 - A tablespoon of sesame seeds
11 - 2 green onions, cut super thin

# Instructions:

01 - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet so the fish doesn't stick.
02 - Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Make sure it's all blended smoothly.
03 - Lay the cod on the lined baking sheet. Brush a thick layer of your glaze onto the fillets.
04 - Bake in the heated oven for about 12-15 minutes. When it easily flakes with a fork, it's ready to go.
05 - Move the cooked fish to plates, then sprinkle on sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro. Include lime wedges for squeezing on top.

# Notes:

01 - For the best results, go with fresh cod.
02 - Let the fish sit in the glaze for 15-30 minutes before cooking for a more intense flavor.
03 - This dish goes great with roasted veggies or a bowl of steamed rice.
04 - Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
