Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet so the fish doesn't stick.

Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Make sure it's all blended smoothly.

Lay the cod on the lined baking sheet. Brush a thick layer of your glaze onto the fillets.

Bake in the heated oven for about 12-15 minutes. When it easily flakes with a fork, it's ready to go.

Move the cooked fish to plates, then sprinkle on sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro. Include lime wedges for squeezing on top.
