Mango Sweet Spicy Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit & Juices

01 - 1/4 cup squeezed orange juice
02 - 1/4 cup juice from fresh limes (about 2 medium ones)
03 - 1 big mango, ripe, peeled, seed removed, and cut up roughly

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
05 - 1 clove of garlic
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
07 - 2 tablespoons of honey
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Fresh Ingredients

09 - 2 tablespoons of cilantro, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon minced chili pepper with medium heat (like jalapeño or Fresno)

→ Oil

11 - 1/3 cup high-quality extra virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss mango, orange juice, lime juice, honey, garlic, cumin, and salt into your blender. Blend at medium speed until silky smooth, then pour the mixture into a jar that's about medium in size.
02 - Slowly drizzle in the oil while stirring the jar using a small whisk or a fork. Keep at it until everything looks well mixed.
03 - Sprinkle in the chopped chili, cilantro, and some black pepper. Give it a taste and add extra salt if it needs a little more.
04 - Pop this into the fridge, and it'll keep for a week. Remember to shake it up every time you use it.
