# Ingredients:

01 - A couple of slices of good-quality sourdough or crusty bread
02 - Half of a fresh mozzarella ball, cut into slices
03 - A small amount of freshly grated cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or mozzarella work well)
04 - A couple of spoons of fresh basil pesto
05 - Around three slices of prosciutto
06 - A few fresh basil leaves
07 - Softened butter for spreading
08 - Salt and pepper to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - On low-to-medium heat, get a pan ready.
02 - Spread butter on one bread slice. Lay it down, buttered side facing the counter. Pile on layers of grated cheese, prosciutto, mozzarella slices, fresh basil, and pesto. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Take the second bread slice, butter one side, and set it on top with the buttered side up.
03 - Cook in the pan for roughly 5 minutes on each side, until it's crunchy on the outside and gooey with melted cheese inside.
