Healthy Fruit Gummies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of pure fruit juice (or use ⅔ cup fruit puree mixed with ⅓ cup of pure juice)
02 - 8 teaspoons of high-quality gelatin from grass-fed sources
03 - 2 tablespoons of optional honey

# Instructions:

01 - Blend fresh fruit into a smooth puree if you’re using whole fruit. Measure it out in a big spouted bowl or a large measuring cup, then stir in the honey if you'd like.
02 - Add juice to a small pot and gently warm on low to medium heat, while stirring in the gelatin. Mix nonstop for around 3 minutes until it's fully dissolved and the liquid looks clear or foggy.
03 - Pour the warm gelatin-juice mixture into the fruit puree (if you’re using puree). Whisk it all until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
04 - Put a silicone mold on a tray or get an 8x8 glass dish ready. Carefully fill the molds or pan with the mixture. Don’t overdo it. Pop it into the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
05 - Take the molds out of the freezer and gently remove the gummies. Keep them in a container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Get all your stuff and ingredients ready ahead of time. Things move fast once you start!
02 - Taste the mixture before it sets. If it’s not sweet enough now, you won’t like the gummies either. It’s better to make it a bit sweeter upfront.
