4 Ingredient Green Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 short celery stalks
02 - 6 handfuls of spinach leaves (180g)
03 - 1 small chunk of ginger root
04 - 2 cups peeled pineapple chunks (roughly 473 grams)

# Instructions:

01 - Give celery and spinach a good rinse if needed, and dry them completely. Slice off the pineapple skin and cut into chunks. You can peel the ginger, but it’s optional.
02 - Start by loading ginger and spinach into the juicer. Then, toss in the heavier bits like celery and pineapple. For regular juicers, work piece by piece.
03 - Fire up your juicer and run all those goodies through it.
04 - Pour the finished juice into glasses and toss in some ice cubes, if that’s your thing. A glass straw adds a nice touch, but it’s not a must.

# Notes:

01 - Yields close to 2 cups (500mL) of juice
02 - Tweak the sweetness by playing with the amount of pineapple or spinach
03 - Store in a sealed container, but drink within 2 days
04 - If stored, shake it really well before drinking
