Give celery and spinach a good rinse if needed, and dry them completely. Slice off the pineapple skin and cut into chunks. You can peel the ginger, but it’s optional.

Start by loading ginger and spinach into the juicer. Then, toss in the heavier bits like celery and pineapple. For regular juicers, work piece by piece.

Fire up your juicer and run all those goodies through it.

Pour the finished juice into glasses and toss in some ice cubes, if that’s your thing. A glass straw adds a nice touch, but it’s not a must.
