# Ingredients:

01 - 1 piece of ginger root
02 - Half a big cucumber, sliced into circles
03 - A couple of big handfuls of leafy greens (like kale or spring mix)
04 - 1 and a half green apples, cut into wedges
05 - Two peeled kiwis, sliced
06 - Half a cup of finely chopped parsley
07 - Juice from two limes
08 - 2 to 3 big celery stalks, diced
09 - Two cups of diced fresh pineapple

10 - 5 cups of coconut water (add more if blending needs help)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut and prepare everything, putting each item aside.
02 - Toss every prepared ingredient into the blender. Run it until everything is fully blended.
03 - Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the mixture in small portions. Press on it to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
04 - Pour the strained juice into glass containers or a sealed pitcher. Keep it in the fridge, and you're good for up to 14 days.

01 - Feel free to swap ingredients depending on your taste.
02 - You can skip the straining if you're using a juicer instead of a blender.
03 - It's best to drink a small shot every morning before eating.
04 - Yields close to one and a half liters.
