Colorful Jello Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 17.5-ounce pack of snickerdoodle mix.
02 - 1/2 cup of melted salted butter.
03 - 1 egg, large.
04 - 3 tablespoons of red-flavored jello powder.
05 - 3 tablespoons of blue jello powder.
06 - 3 tablespoons of green jello powder.
07 - 3 tablespoons of yellow-flavored jello powder.
08 - 1 cup of plain white sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the cookie mix, butter, and egg until smooth.
03 - Split the dough into four even parts, and put each in its own bowl.
04 - Work the flavored powders into the dough portions by kneading them in.
05 - Form 2-tablespoon-sized dough balls. Roll each one in the sugar.
06 - Put in the oven and cook for 10-13 minutes, checking that the tops feel set.
07 - Leave cookies to rest for a few minutes on the sheet before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Sugar-free jello works too.
02 - Good for 3-5 days if stored at room temp.
03 - Keep in freezer up to half a year.
