Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Two eggs
02 - 1/2 cup of full-fat cottage cheese
03 - A pinch of onion powder (optional)
04 - A pinch of garlic powder (optional)

→ Garnish

05 - Sprinkle of dried oregano

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F/177°C. Cover a small baking sheet with parchment paper and mist it lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, onion powder, and garlic powder together until it's all smooth.
03 - Evenly spread the blended mixture in the pan and sprinkle oregano on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until it turns golden brown.
04 - Wait 5 minutes before using as a base for pizza or wraps.

01 - If the cottage cheese is too watery, strain it first
02 - Start checking after 30 minutes since ovens can vary
