02 - 1/4 cup mashed fresh raspberries.
03 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
04 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
06 - Freeze-dried raspberry powder to sprinkle on top.
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend vanilla, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
02 - Gently stir in those mashed raspberries to combine.
03 - Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes so it firms up a bit.
04 - Scoop and roll into little balls, then lay them on a sheet with parchment.
05 - Pop them in the freezer for an hour so they harden up.
06 - Zap the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for intervals of 20 seconds, giving it a stir each time.
07 - Using a fork, coat the frozen balls in the melted chocolate.
08 - While the chocolate's still wet, toss on the raspberry powder.
09 - Chill them in the fridge for half an hour until everything's set.

# Notes:

01 - Full-fat cream cheese works best for the creamiest texture.
02 - Keep the balls chilled so they don't turn soft while dipping.
03 - You can refrigerate them for five days or freeze for up to three months.
