Chicken Chili Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - 19 oz drained white kidney beans.
04 - 2 cups chicken broth (low sodium).
05 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - Cornstarch and water mixture for thickening.
07 - 2-3 teaspoons chili powder.
08 - 4.3 oz green chiles.
09 - 1 medium chopped onion.
10 - 12 oz drained corn.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the beans, corn, onion, broth, chiles, and spices into the pot.
02 - Lay chicken breasts into the liquid and push them under.
03 - Set to cook under high pressure for 10 minutes, then let it naturally sit for another 10.
04 - Pull out the chicken, shred it into pieces, and toss it back in the pot.
05 - Stir in chunks of cream cheese until smooth. Thicken up the liquid with cornstarch if you want.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen chicken works, just give it extra time.
02 - Use cornstarch if the broth feels too thin.
03 - Dress it up your way with toppings.
