Turn your oven on to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Stir the flour, salt, and baking powder together until blended.

Cream together the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars. Stir in the vanilla and crack in the egg.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mix, keeping the mixer on a low setting.

Scoop small lumps of dough (about a tablespoon) and roll into balls. Space them apart on the tray.

Pop them in the oven and bake for roughly 10 minutes.

Carefully press a chocolate kiss into the middle of each cookie while they’re still warm.
