# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 medium onion, diced
02 - 1 pound ground beef, lean
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
05 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - 1 tablespoon of chili powder

→ Casserole Ingredients

07 - 1 (15.5 oz) jar of salsa
08 - 1 (14 oz) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
09 - 2 cups of crushed Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavor
10 - 1 (12 oz) can of corn, drained
11 - 2 cups Mexican cheese blend or cheddar, split in two

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Sour cream, avocado, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, scallions, cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven to 350°F and set the rack in the center.
02 - In a big pan on medium-high heat, warm up the oil and cook the beef, breaking it up for 5 minutes. Toss in the onion and spices, then cook for another 5 minutes.
03 - In a 9x13 dish, make an even layer by spreading out the crushed Doritos.
04 - Get rid of the extra grease from the beef. Mix in the corn, salsa, beans, and half the cheese until it's melted. Spoon this mix onto the Doritos.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake it uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the dish is heated through. Add whatever toppings you like and dig in.
