Swiss Mushroom Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mushroom Mixture

01 - 8 oz mushrooms, cut into slices
02 - 2 tbsp butter
03 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
04 - 1 small onion, sliced thin
05 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
06 - Season with black pepper and salt as needed

→ Burger Meat

07 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 tbsp steak spice blend
09 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 mix)

→ Building the Burger

10 - 4 soft burger buns
11 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese
12 - Your choice of extras: mayo, lettuce, mustard, tomato

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a pan, toss in the onions and mushrooms, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in the garlic and Worcestershire sauce at the end, and mix for about 1 minute.
02 - Combine the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce and spices with your hands. Form into 4 even-sized patties.
03 - Cook patties 3-5 minutes on each side. Lay Swiss cheese on top when nearly done and cover for a minute to melt.
04 - Toast the buns lightly. Add the cheesy patty, mushroom mix, and any extras you like on each bun.

# Notes:

01 - Brioche or potato buns give the best texture
