01 - 
                In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.

                Dry the cod filets with a paper towel. Lay them in a glass dish, coat with 1 tablespoon of glaze, then cover it up and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Keep the rest of the glaze aside.

                Move your oven rack close to the top, then turn the broiler on low. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place the cod on top.

                Cook the cod under the low broiler for 12-14 minutes, brushing on more glaze every couple of minutes. For a golden finish, broil on high for another 4-5 minutes until the fish is nicely browned and reaches an internal heat of 135-140°F.

                Move the filets to plates and scatter diagonal slices of green onion on top before serving.
