Sweet Potato Jerk Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 large sweet potatoes, sliced into circles about 1/2-inch thick without skin
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced or crushed
03 - 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
04 - 5 tablespoons of olive oil

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed
07 - 2 teaspoons of ground chili powder
08 - 2 tablespoons of pre-made jerk seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oven to 350°F and put parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch thick rounds after peeling.
03 - Toss the sweet potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, jerk seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper for an even covering.
04 - Lay the sweet potato pieces on the parchment-lined tray in a single layer. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, checking for softness.
