Strawberry Brownies Fast (Print Version)

1 teaspoon strawberry flavoring

⅓ cup melted salted butter or oil

2 big eggs

1 package strawberry-flavored cake mix
→ Glaze

1½ tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

¾ cup powdered sugar
# Instructions:

Turn your oven to 350°F. Cover an 8x8 or 9x9 dish with parchment paper and spray it lightly for non-stick help.

Stir together the cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and strawberry flavor until it's all blended. The mixture will be thick.

Place the batter into the lined dish and even it out. Bake for 18-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean.

Let it cool completely on a rack after taking it out of the oven.

Stir the milk, preserves, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Drizzle the glaze over the brownies, spreading it out. Cut into 9 or 12 pieces.
