Get your oven hot at 375°F and cover baking sheets with parchment paper.

Blend the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until light and smooth. Add in the flour and salt until it all comes together.

Mix in the chopped nuts. If the dough is too sticky to handle, put it in the fridge to chill for a bit.

Scoop out a tablespoon of dough, shape it into a ball, and set it on the cookie sheet.

Let the cookies bake for 7-8 minutes, just until the bottoms turn light brown.

When they’re warm, roll them gently in some powdered sugar.

Pop the cookies on a wire rack so they can fully cool down.
