Get the oven ready at 425°F. Lay parchment on your baking trays or simply grease them. Line the tortilla scoops together closely.

Combine the mozzarella, softened cream cheese, an egg, drained sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until it's well mixed.

Spoon about a tablespoon of the filling into each scoop, then sprinkle some of that parmesan on top.

Pop them in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes. The cheese should be bubbling, and the tops should be golden when done. Serve while warm.
