Iowa Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (4 oz) mildly spiced or medium green chiles.
02 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded.
03 - 1 egg, large.
04 - 10 oz bag Tostitos Scoops chips.
05 - 15 oz can of drained sweet corn.
06 - 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened.
07 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
08 - ½ tsp black pepper.
09 - A teaspoon of salt.
10 - Grated parmesan cheese, ½ cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven ready at 425°F. Lay parchment on your baking trays or simply grease them. Line the tortilla scoops together closely.
02 - Combine the mozzarella, softened cream cheese, an egg, drained sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until it's well mixed.
03 - Spoon about a tablespoon of the filling into each scoop, then sprinkle some of that parmesan on top.
04 - Pop them in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes. The cheese should be bubbling, and the tops should be golden when done. Serve while warm.

01 - Use gluten-free tortilla chips to make this GF-friendly.
