# Ingredients:

01 - Ingredients listed on your red velvet cake box
02 - 1 package of red velvet cake mix

→ Creamy Filling

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, brought to room temp
04 - 4 tbsp softened butter
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor
06 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Follow the cake mix box for prep and baking. Let the baked cake cool entirely.
02 - Break the cake into fine crumbs like rough sand. If it feels damp, bake crumbs at 350°F for 5-6 mins to dry them out.
03 - Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and butter together until airy, then fold in vanilla and crushed grahams until smooth.
04 - Scoop small amounts of filling using a 2 tsp scoop, roll into small balls, and chill them on a lined tray for an hour.
05 - Roll the chilled balls into the crumbled cake until evenly coated. Adjust the shape if needed.
