Easy Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 250g shredded mozzarella
02 - 4 bagels

→ Sauce

03 - 250g tomato purée
04 - 1 tsp dried oregano
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - Pinch of salt and some cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the bagels in half and lay them out on a tray.
02 - Stir together the purée, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt. Use a spoon to coat each bagel half with the mixture.
03 - Top each bagel half with a good amount of mozzarella. Feel free to throw on any extras you like.
04 - Oven: Heat at 180C for 14-16 mins. Grill: Toast for 3-5 mins. Air Fryer: Set to 200C and cook 5-6 mins. Watch until cheese is golden and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.
02 - Suggestions for toppings: ham, chicken, pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, sweetcorn, fresh onion, or basil.
