Slice the bagels in half and lay them out on a tray.

Stir together the purée, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt. Use a spoon to coat each bagel half with the mixture.

Top each bagel half with a good amount of mozzarella. Feel free to throw on any extras you like.

Oven: Heat at 180C for 14-16 mins. Grill: Toast for 3-5 mins. Air Fryer: Set to 200C and cook 5-6 mins. Watch until cheese is golden and bubbly.
