Pineapple Iced Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base of Tea

01 - Half a cup of sugar, adjust to your liking
02 - 10 tea bags of green tea
03 - Four cups of filtered water

→ For Serving & Fruit

04 - Ice cubes to keep it cold
05 - One cup of freshly made pineapple juice

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up some water in a large pot or pan until it starts bubbling.
02 - Toss in the sugar and stir thoroughly until it completely melts.
03 - Move the pot off the heat, drop in the tea bags, and let them sit for 8-10 minutes.
04 - Pour the pineapple juice into the mixture and stir it in.
05 - Transfer it all to a large pitcher, let it cool a bit at room temperature, then stick it in the fridge.
06 - Serve it in glasses over ice and enjoy right away!

# Notes:

01 - Choose water without chlorine for cleaner flavor.
02 - Feel free to use any tea variety you prefer in place of green tea.
03 - Stick to fresh pineapple juice, not the concentrated kind. One pineapple makes about a cup of juice.
04 - Swap out regular sugar for a sugar-free sweetener like Swerve if you're on keto.
