Parmesan Garlic Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - Zest from one lemon
02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced or crushed
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
04 - 1/4 teaspoon ground fresh black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
06 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
07 - 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin

→ Main Ingredients

08 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped for topping
10 - 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and cleaned

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper together in a big plastic or glass bowl. Toss in the shrimp till coated, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 1-3 hours.
02 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat. Mix the marinated shrimp with the Parmesan in the bowl.
03 - Spread the shrimp out on a big baking sheet or a 13x9 oven-safe dish. Bake for close to 8 minutes, or until the shrimp turns firm, pink, and fully cooked.
04 - Sprinkle with some olive oil and the chopped parsley right before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Thawed frozen shrimp works just fine. Leave them in the fridge overnight.
