Orange Rosemary Ice Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Primary Components

01 - 3 tbsp honey
02 - 300ml brewed green tea (follow package directions)
03 - 300ml plain water

→ Fresh Additions

04 - 4 medium oranges (yield roughly 1 cup of juice)
05 - 1 standard lemon
06 - 2cm fresh ginger root, peeled
07 - 3 rosemary sprigs, fresh

→ To Cool It

08 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Toss ginger and rosemary sprigs into a pot of water. Heat until it boils, then take it off the heat. Stir in honey till it melts. Let this mix cool in the same pot, cover it, and chill for at least 4 hours.
02 - Prepare the green tea as per the package. Cool it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
03 - Juice the lemon and oranges. Strain out the ginger and rosemary from the infused water. In a big jar, mix the citrus juice, chilled tea, and herby water. Adjust sweetness with more honey if you like.
04 - Drop ice into glasses and pour in your chilled drink. Serve it cold right away.
