Coconut Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups Cap'n Crunch cereal.
02 - ½ cup coconut flakes (sweetened), plus extra for topping.
03 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - In a measuring cup, place chocolate chips and set it in a small pot with water reaching up to the 8-ounce line. Melt on low to medium heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring now and then.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss in the cereal and coconut flakes. Pour the melted chocolate over the mix, then stir until evenly coated.
03 - Scoop out mounds roughly the size of a snowball and drop them onto a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle on extra coconut to garnish.
04 - Pop the tray in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate is fully hardened.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep these in advance and store in an airtight container.
02 - Avoid letting water touch the chocolate as it melts to stop it from clumping.
