# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 sticks butter.
02 - 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 medium sweet onion, diced.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon allspice.
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
09 - 2/3 cup whole milk.
10 - 2 pounds ground meat.
11 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
12 - 1/2 cup flour.
13 - 2 cups shell pasta.
14 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
15 - 5 cups beef broth.
16 - 1/2 cup water.
17 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
18 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together breadcrumbs with butter-cooked onion, spices, garlic, and milk.
02 - Blend in eggs with meat and the cooled breadcrumb mixture, roll into meatball shapes.
03 - Chill meatballs 30 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oven to 375°F.
04 - Cook pasta until it's just tender, and brown the meatballs a few at a time.
05 - Whisk flour into melted butter for a roux, then slowly mix in liquids and let it thicken on the heat.
06 - Place pasta, meatballs, and sauce layer by layer in a dish, bake for 30 minutes.
