Sweet Marshmallow Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
02 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers
03 - 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or unwrapped caramels
04 - 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
05 - 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
06 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized pot, gently heat caramel bits with heavy cream while stirring. Keep at it until smooth and creamy.
02 - Take the pot off the stove, toss in mini marshmallows, and stir until they’re completely coated.
03 - Dump the caramel-marshmallow mixture into a large bowl with the cereal, then carefully fold everything until it’s all mixed up.
04 - Give it a few minutes to cool. Use your greased hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about an inch wide. Set these on parchment or wax paper.
05 - Roll each ball in the graham cracker crumbs and, if you like, the chocolate chips. Let them cool all the way before digging in.

01 - These fun, bite-sized treats add caramel and marshmallow to the classic Rice Krispie combo.
02 - Pop them into an airtight box, and they’ll stay good for around 3 days at room temperature.
03 - Jazz them up with a drizzle of melted chocolate or toss on some festive sprinkles for variety.
