04 - 8 oz of browned ground pork sausage

→ Toppings

06 - 1 cup (113g) freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and coat a 7x11-inch dish lightly with cooking spray.
02 - Cut rolls in half horizontally, lay the bottoms in the baking dish, and drizzle 2 tablespoons of warm cowboy butter across them.
03 - Spread scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon crumbles, and cheese all across the base evenly.
04 - Place roll tops on and coat them generously with 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes to get the cheese nice and gooey. Take off the foil and bake another 3-5 minutes till the tops get a bit toasty.
06 - While hot, either brush leftovers of the cowboy butter over the warm sliders or offer it as a dip.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these with the extra melted cowboy butter on the side!
