Key-Lime Mints (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest.
02 - 4 cups of powdered sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon lime juice from concentrate.
04 - 1 tablespoon soft butter.
05 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, butter, lime juice, and zest till smooth and blended.
02 - Slowly mix in the powdered sugar, about ½ cup at a time, till it forms dough that isn’t sticky.
03 - Take pieces of the dough and roll them into small balls about ½ inch in size. Put them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
04 - Use a fork to gently press down on each ball and leave ridges for a decorative touch.
05 - Chill the tray in the refrigerator for an hour before these are ready to serve.

01 - You can switch the flavors by using different extracts.
02 - Keep them cold since cream cheese is a main ingredient.
