Easy Lemon Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) lemon cake mix
02 - 1/2 cup cooking oil
03 - 1 cup of water
04 - 3 big eggs
05 - 1 cup of thawed frozen lemonade concentrate
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)

→ Lemonade Cream Cheese Frosting

07 - 1 block (8 oz) softened cream cheese
08 - 3 to 4 cups icing sugar
09 - 1/2 cup softened butter
10 - Pinch of salt
11 - 3 tbsp thawed frozen lemonade concentrate

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to heat up.
02 - Combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a bowl as the box says. Put it in a 9x13 pan and bake for 28-33 minutes.
03 - Wait 15 minutes for the cake to cool, then stab little holes all over it with a fork. Mix the lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar, then pour it over the cake while it's still warm.
04 - Let the cake cool fully on the counter, then cover it and refrigerate for about an hour until it’s cold.
05 - Whip the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy. Add a bit of salt, lemonade concentrate, and powdered sugar one scoop at a time. Keep mixing until it's nice and airy.
06 - Spread the frosting over your cooled cake. Slice and enjoy.
