Sheet Pan Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 shallot, finely chopped.
02 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
03 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, split into two parts.
04 - 1 pound ground beef.
05 - 2 cups baby spinach.
06 - 4 cups marinara sauce.
07 - Fresh basil leaves for topping.
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
09 - 2 cups ricotta cheese.
10 - 16 ounces of lasagna noodles.
11 - 1/2 pound Italian sausage.
12 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese.
13 - 1 tablespoon mixed Italian herbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Break noodles into smaller pieces, then cook until just tender.
02 - Warm spinach in a pan until it shrinks down, about 2 minutes.
03 - Stir ricotta and cooled spinach together. Add a bit of seasoning.
04 - Cook sausage and ground beef in a skillet with garlic and shallot.
05 - Mix marinara sauce with meat, season, and combine with pasta plus 1 cup of mozzarella.
06 - Put the mix in a pan, spoon ricotta mixture on, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it.
07 - Put in the oven at 350°F for 35 minutes. You’re looking for bubbly edges.
