Immunity Shot Boost (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Components

01 - 2 lemons, squeezed for juice
02 - 2 inches of fresh ginger, diced
03 - 4 garlic cloves, crushed
04 - 2 oranges, sections removed after peeling
05 - 2 inches of fresh turmeric, minced (or 2 teaspoons if powdered)

→ Liquid Additions

06 - 1/4 cup water (can use coconut or plain)
07 - 2 tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
08 - 1/4 cup of unprocessed honey

→ Flavor Enhancers

09 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
11 - 1/8 teaspoon of finely ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Crush garlic cloves with a knife and leave out for 10 minutes. Toss them into the blender after that.
02 - Peel the oranges, break them into pieces, and throw them in. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice in.
03 - Dump everything else into the blender. Keep it going until you’ve got a smooth mix.
04 - Pour the mixture through a fine strainer. Press the leftover bits with a spoon to squeeze out all the good stuff.

# Notes:

01 - Each shot is about 3 tablespoons.
02 - Pour into ice cube trays for freezing—it keeps for later!
03 - If kids are drinking, thin it out with water and sweeten with honey.
04 - Use regularly a few times weekly for upkeep, or every day for 4-5 days when under the weather.
