Hot Feta Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 phyllo dough layers (half a box).
02 - 4 oz thin slices of feta cheese.
03 - A pinch of oregano.
04 - 2 tsp chili flakes.
05 - 1 tbsp of honey.
06 - 1 and a half melted butter sticks.
07 - Black sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F. Get your phyllo sheets ready.
02 - Spread feta slices evenly on the phyllo. Toss oregano and chili flakes over the top. Drizzle some honey across it all.
03 - Roll the phyllo sheets up like a sushi roll. Use a knife to slice them into bite-sized sections.
04 - Coat a muffin tray with melted butter. Put the rolls into the tray, brush the tops with more butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
05 - Bake them for about 20 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Let them cool a bit before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in the fridge for 3 days maximum.
02 - Extra honey can be added when serving.
