Turn the oven on to 400°F. Get your phyllo sheets ready.

Spread feta slices evenly on the phyllo. Toss oregano and chili flakes over the top. Drizzle some honey across it all.

Roll the phyllo sheets up like a sushi roll. Use a knife to slice them into bite-sized sections.

Coat a muffin tray with melted butter. Put the rolls into the tray, brush the tops with more butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
