# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 cup coconut water
02 - Juice squeezed from 1 lime
03 - 1 cup of pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
04 - 1 cup hibiscus tea, already brewed and cooled (use 2-3 bags or some loose petals)
05 - A handful of ice cubes

→ Toppings

06 - Optional: Mint leaves or fresh sage

# Instructions:

01 - Brew your hibiscus tea first. Steep some loose petals or 2-3 tea bags in boiling water for about 5 to 10 minutes. Pop it into the fridge until it's nice and chilled.
02 - Throw your cooled tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and ice into a blender. Set it on high speed and let it run until it's smooth and creamy.
03 - Take a sip and adjust to your liking. Craving more sweetness? Add pineapple. Want it tangier? Squeeze in more lime.
04 - Transfer the blended drink to glasses. Top it with a sprig of mint or sage for extra flavor and flair if you’d like.

# Notes:

01 - This flavorful drink mixes the tangy taste of hibiscus with the sweetness of pineapple and fresh coconut water. It's a great balance of flavors!
02 - Using frozen pineapple instead of fresh will create a thicker and frostier texture, perfect for hot days!
