Harvest Casserole Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
02 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef.
04 - 1 large onion, chopped up.
05 - 1 cup of chopped green beans.
06 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
07 - 1 cup diced potatoes.
08 - 1 cup sliced carrots.
09 - 1 cup of corn kernels.
10 - 10.5 oz can of mushroom soup.
11 - 1 teaspoon parsley that's been dried.
12 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
13 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown ground beef in skillet until no pink remains, then drain off excess grease.
02 - Mix in garlic and onion with the beef, cooking until soft and fragrant.
03 - Move beef mixture to slow cooker, then top with veggies, seasonings, and soup.
04 - Put the lid on and let it cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until veggies soften.
05 - Scatter cheese on top 30 minutes before it’s done, and let it stand 10 minutes when finished.

# Notes:

01 - Chop veggies earlier to save time.
02 - Good for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
03 - Can be frozen and stored for up to 3 months.
