Greek Yogurt Healthy Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Half a lemon's juice (or 2 tbsp vinegar)
02 - 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (5% is ideal)
03 - A pinch of salt (adjust as needed)
04 - 1-3 tbsp water, if you need it thinner
05 - 1/4 to 1/2 tsp dried dill
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

→ Optional

08 - 2 tbsp fresh chives, very finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a jar or a container with a good lid.
02 - Give it a solid shake until it's silky and well mixed.

# Notes:

01 - For creaminess, swap water with milk or a milk substitute.
02 - Want it thick? Leave the water out altogether.
03 - The garlic taste gets stronger as it sits.
04 - Double the amount if swapping dried herbs with fresh ones.
