Ginger Turmeric Shots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 2 oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
02 - 2 lemons, peeled and cut into pieces
03 - 2 inches fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
04 - 2 inches fresh ginger, peeled
05 - 2-4 peeled garlic cloves (optional)

→ Liquid & Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon raw honey
07 - 2 cups water, filtered
08 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (the kind with the mother)
09 - A tiny pinch of black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Pop everything into a strong blender and keep it going until it’s creamy and smooth.
02 - Pour the mix into a mesh strainer placed over a big bowl. Push the pulp with a spoon so the liquid comes through. Work in small batches and rinse the strainer between rounds.
03 - Carefully transfer the filtered liquid into a spouted measuring cup to make pouring easier.
04 - Using a funnel, pour the liquid into your storage bottles, but leave about a quarter inch of space at the top.
05 - Give it a good shake and sip it in the morning or at the first hint of feeling under the weather.
