If working with fresh dough, release air by pressing it down. Cut the dough into two equal parts (you can freeze one if not needed right now).

Set your oven to 425°F to get it preheated. Stretch out the dough on either parchment paper or a floured surface to make a 9x13-inch rectangle. Blend garlic, butter, and seasonings, then coat the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella over it.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, keeping an eye out for golden-brown edges. If you'd like the cheese browned, broil it for about a minute towards the end.

Slice the dough into stick shapes and enjoy them as-is or dunk them in marinara sauce.
