Easy Green Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen, sliced
02 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

→ Greens & Seeds

03 - 1/2 teaspoon optional chia seeds
04 - 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder
05 - A big handful of spinach (you can also use kale or microgreens)

→ Liquid

06 - 1/2 cup plain coconut milk (or almond/regular milk)

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the banana, pineapple, leafy greens, flaxseed, chia seeds, and coconut milk into a blender. Blend everything at high speed for a minute until no lumps remain.
02 - Immediately pour the mix into two cups and enjoy.
