# Ingredients:

02 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
03 - 3 large eggs, yolks and whites separated
04 - 1/2 cup smooth cottage cheese, blended well

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 300°F (150°C) and put parchment paper on a baking tray.
02 - Put egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another, keeping them separate.
03 - Pour cream of tartar over the egg whites. Mix until stiff peaks hold their shape.
04 - Stir together egg yolks, smooth cottage cheese, salt, and optional ingredients until creamy.
05 - Slowly fold the airy whites into the yolk mixture in small parts, being gentle to keep the fluffiness.
06 - Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto the lined tray to make 6-8 circles. Cook for about 25-30 minutes until golden. Let them cool fully before eating.
