Easy Meatball Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One pound of uncooked rotini noodles.
02 - 1 jar (24-25 ounces) marinara sauce.
03 - 3 cups of plain water.
04 - Cocktail meatballs, fully cooked, about 14 ounces.
05 - Shredded mozzarella cheese, measured at 2 cups.
06 - Grated Parmesan for sprinkling.
07 - Chopped fresh herbs for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F and let it heat up.
02 - In a 9x13 dish, toss together the noodles, marinara sauce, water, and meatballs. Don’t forget some salt.
03 - Cover the dish and bake it for about 35 minutes.
04 - Give it a stir and see if the noodles are cooked but firm. Bake longer if that’s not the case.
05 - Layer the shredded mozzarella on top.
06 - Leave uncovered and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese gets gooey.

# Notes:

01 - You don’t need to cook the pasta in water beforehand.
02 - A sprinkle of Italian herbs can bring more flavor.
03 - Replace the water with broth or wine if you like.
