Easy Jelly Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tub (10 oz) butter or wheat crackers.
02 - ½ jar (10 oz) of sweet pepper jelly.
03 - About 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives (if you'd like).
04 - 1 tablespoon of half and half.
05 - 2 packages (5.3 oz each) of softened Boursin cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the Boursin and half and half in a food processor until it's fluffy and mixed, which takes 20-30 seconds. Make sure to scrape the edges of the bowl during mixing.
02 - Place the fluffy mixture on a serving plate or bowl, spreading it evenly.
03 - Gently warm up the jelly a bit if it's too firm, then spread it on top of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle chives on top if you're using them.
04 - Pair with crackers or pita chips and enjoy!
