Blend the Boursin and half and half in a food processor until it's fluffy and mixed, which takes 20-30 seconds. Make sure to scrape the edges of the bowl during mixing.

Place the fluffy mixture on a serving plate or bowl, spreading it evenly.

Gently warm up the jelly a bit if it's too firm, then spread it on top of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle chives on top if you're using them.
