Taco Ranch Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 frozen phyllo tart shell packs (15 per pack).
02 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - 1 pound of lean ground beef.
04 - An 8-ounce bottle of ranch dressing.
05 - A can (10 oz) of diced tomatoes and green chiles, do not drain.
06 - One 1-ounce packet of taco seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F before you start anything else.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a pan until there's no pink left. Get rid of the grease.
03 - Toss in the tomatoes, chiles, and seasoning. Stir and let it cook for another five minutes.
04 - Mix the ranch dressing and cheese in a bowl, then stir in your cooked beef mixture.
05 - Fill up the frozen tart shells with the stuffing you made.
06 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, or up to 13 minutes if you're working with frozen tarts.

# Notes:

01 - They can be put together and frozen in advance.
02 - Leave the shells frozen till you're ready to use them.
