Preheat your oven to 350-375°F. Coat a muffin pan with a generous amount of olive oil spray.

Pop 5 tater tots into each muffin slot. Bake for 10 minutes, then press the centers down gently using a shot glass to create a cup shape.

Top the tater tot cups with diced bacon and cheese. Put them back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until everything gets nice and melty.

Let them cool for a bit on a rack. Carefully move the cups onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add a drizzle of Greek yogurt over the cups and finish with a sprinkle of green onions. Enjoy them while they’re warm!
