Crispy Air Fryer Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Items

01 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
02 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
03 - 2 cups of your favorite cooked pasta (Rigatoni from Barilla suggested)

→ Spices and Herbs

04 - ½ teaspoon oregano, dried
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon Italian herb mix
07 - Salt and black pepper, as much as you'd like
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the packaging instructions to boil your pasta till it’s just firm (around 12 minutes). Drain it well, then toss into a big bowl.
02 - Add in Parmesan, olive oil, and all the seasonings. Stir it together until everything’s spread out evenly.
03 - Get your air fryer ready by preheating it to 390°F (198°C) for a couple of minutes.
04 - Put the coated pasta in the air fryer basket in one flat layer. Cook it at 390°F for six minutes.
05 - Shake or stir the pasta a bit, then air fry for another 1–3 minutes till it’s golden and crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Try to keep pasta pieces similar in size so they cook evenly. Avoid those broken bits.
02 - Watch your pasta closely near the end to get them crispy without making them too tough.
