Air Fryer Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound of cod fillets
02 - Pepper and salt as needed

→ Breading Station

03 - 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
04 - A half teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
06 - 2 teaspoons of Old Bay spice
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - A half cup of flour
09 - Spray-on olive oil as required
10 - 1/2 teaspoon plain salt

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle your fillets with a bit of pepper and salt.
02 - Grab 3 dishes: 1st one for flour, 2nd for beaten eggs mixed with salt, and 3rd for Panko, parmesan, garlic powder, and Old Bay all tossed together.
03 - Dip each piece of fish in this order: flour, egg, and then the breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Lightly coat your air fryer basket with some olive oil spray. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, turn the fish over, then let it cook another 3-5 minutes. You’re good when the fish hits 145°F inside.
