Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
02 - 1 pound chicken tenders
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 1 packet of Ranch seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Either grease a baking sheet lightly or lay down some parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.
03 - Dip each chicken strip into the mayo mix, then press them into the crushed crackers so they coat well.
04 - Put the coated tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking they're golden and hit 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Greek yogurt or sour cream can swap in for mayo
02 - Broil for the last minute or two for some extra crunch
03 - Store leftovers chilled in the fridge for up to three days
