Set the oven to 375°F (190°C). Either grease a baking sheet lightly or lay down some parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.

Dip each chicken strip into the mayo mix, then press them into the crushed crackers so they coat well.

Put the coated tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking they're golden and hit 165°F inside.
