Crispy Chicken Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 medium onion, sliced into thick pieces
02 - 1/2 pound broccoli, chopped into small florets
03 - 1 pound chicken, either breast (skinless and boneless) or thigh, cubed into 1-inch sizes

→ Marinade

04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika seasoning
06 - 3 minced garlic cloves
07 - 1 tablespoon of minced fresh ginger
08 - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
09 - Salt and some black ground pepper—adjust to your liking
10 - 2 tablespoons of Tamari (a gluten-free soy sauce alternative) or regular soy sauce
11 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon vinegar—use rice vinegar or plain white distilled

# Instructions:

01 - Stir everything listed for the marinade in one bowl until it’s well combined.
02 - Divide the marinade between two bowls—one for the chicken chunks and another for the broccoli and onion. Toss everything around so they’re seasoned well.
03 - Heat your air fryer to 380°F. Set the chicken chunks in a single layer inside the fryer basket and leave them to cook for 10 minutes.
04 - Toss your broccoli and onion into the air fryer with the chicken. Let it continue cooking for another 8-11 minutes, stirring once midway, until the chicken is fully finished.

# Notes:

01 - Pair it with brown or white rice to make it complete.
