On a sheet pan, combine halves of sprouts, bacon bits, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange sprouts with the cut sides facing down for browning.

Slide into the oven and cook for about 15 minutes.

Combine your honey with the vinegar in a tiny bowl until smooth.

Drizzle the honey-vinegar mix on the cooked sprouts. Give them a toss to coat evenly.
