Crazy Good Italian Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwiches

01 - 6 ounces deli meat (ham, turkey, or chicken breast slices)
02 - 12 mini slider rolls
03 - 4 slices provolone cheese
04 - 3 ounces turkey-style pepperoni

→ Fresh Vegetables

05 - 1/2 green bell pepper
06 - 1 small head of romaine lettuce
07 - 1/2 cup of banana pepper slices
08 - 1/3 sweet onion or red onion, chopped small

→ Garlic Butter

09 - 1 small garlic clove, minced finely
10 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter

→ Italian Dressing

11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
13 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice mix
14 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
15 - A little black pepper for taste
16 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
17 - 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
18 - 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Lay parchment paper on your baking tray. Slice each slider roll in half and position the tops and bottoms open-side up on the tray.
03 - Mix the melted butter with the minced garlic, then spread it over the top half of the rolls.
04 - Chop or tear the lunch meat and place it onto the bottom half of the rolls. Layer each with provolone cheese.
05 - Pop the tray into the oven and bake for around 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
06 - While the sliders toast, chop up the lettuce, peppers, onions, and banana peppers, then toss them in a mixing bowl.
07 - Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until everything blends smoothly. Pour over the veggies and toss again.
08 - Load the meat and cheese with the dressed veggies, put the tops of the rolls on, slice into individual sliders if needed, and dig in while it’s warm!

01 - They're best when eaten warm right after making.
